Keep your order reference. It helps trace a purchase without sharing your photo.
Check an existing order
Sign in with the same email and enter your order reference. A successful checkout redirect does not confirm payment; only the server can do that.
Find my orderPayment still pending?
Refresh the same order. Don’t place another order while its payment status is uncertain. If the service flags payment for review, keep the reference for support.
Generation interrupted?
Reload and sign in again to retrieve the server’s current state. Closing the page does not cancel a paid job. Refreshing status does not start another generation.
A download expired?
Return to your order and request new verified photo links. Private download links are short-lived. Test results are never offered as your personalized photos.
Remove a photo
Use the deletion action on the customer workspace. A confirmed request removes access while physical cleanup may still be pending. Files already saved to your device are unaffected.
